Pur apartments complex has these people to send out when we have any plumbing issues. Our faucet has been running for 2 days now,they told us this morning theyd send them out by 130. I had to call again at arpund 3 and they said itd be 30 minutes til they come. It is now 8pm,past their closing time and they never sent anyone.

Hired them to fix a leaky faucet that had been "fixed" previously by another service and still leaked. They came quickly, worked well, and was worth the little bit extra money.
On the other hand, their office management said they'd get back to me for estimate on further work, and still haven't called, but they deserve a separate rating from the workers.

I have kitchen faucet leak, called my warranty and they sent these guys. All the did was come by and collect the $60 and took a picture. Suppose it was a diagnoise. Then days later i called the warranty company and they said the plumbing company hasn’t done their part yet. I had to keep going back and forth with the warranty company and the plumbing company. I canceled the warranty because nobody could give me a staraighy answer to my solution. I’m a disabled vet and my mother is a widow, i feel that we got out money taken from us. Honestly wouldn't know about how they work but simply not beong able to give an estimate after 2 weeks tells it all! They came to my place to see how much they would charge and stuff but never gavr me a price or called back after the "boss" himself told me hell call me on Monday..that tell u everything about the company not being avle to even speak to a customer about pricing after they took pics and stuff. 👎👎👎💩💩 i wouldnt recommend at all i can imagibe if they staryed working and just left and u never hrard of them again..they seem like that kind of company..well ppl cuz it dont

I am sick and tired of these people. They came in because we had a huge leak in our kitchen, tore open our walls (five openings), told us the pipes were old and made of copper, and then proceeded to just switch “one” of the pipes to a tube. They then came back over the course of three days to redo the walls. After that, we were charged for $2000. We then started to hear another leak in our bathroom, so they had to come back and tear open the walls AGAIN.
