I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs!! Whitney in the office is absolutely wonderful, and has been amazing at answering all of my questions, and the technicians and cleaners all do an excellent job. They’ve got the best price around on liquid chlorine, and keep the store well-stocked.

Had them come out and install new equipment at my home and everything went great! Prices weren't too high, equipment is great and my pool is now up to my standards! Even the office ladies who I talked to were nice and informative! Definitely my go to pool company!

Store is spotless and clean. Friendly and professional employees. Clean and well stocked. Everything is easy to find and Whitney was extremely helpful when explaining the chemicals for me to care for my pool. She made everything simple to understand and was detailed in demonstration of cleaning process when i asked. She even wrote out the steps and measurements to be used so i would have a reference so i wouldn't forget anything. Great personality and she should get a raise

Update 1/3/2022: the pool was cleaned after my last call. A few days later Jeff (owner/manager?) called to follow up with me. He is taking steps to improve communication and refunded the week that our pool was completely missed. I increased my rating as they have shown to be very responsive. If they become consistent as they plan, then I would increase to 5.
12/31/2021: They do a good job keeping our pool clean, when they show up. I have lost count of how many times I’ve had to call because of someone not showing up to do the pool service. Most times they then get someone out but at least once

Called yesterday about my heater not working. We have family coming for the holidays so my wife was upset it wouldn't be fixed in time. Was told they ask for a 72 hour turnaround but typically its the next day as long as their are not backlogged with emergencies. Well, a technician was out her this morning at 930 AM. Luckily it was a simple fix and he had the part he needed right on his truck so we are already up and running! Happy wife, happy husband!!! Merry Christmas to the wonderful staff at Central Florida Pool & Spas!

Terrible Experience... was recommended by the pool heater manufacturer. I contacted them to schedule an appointment. They originally said they could come the next day.... They then adjusted and said the end of the week Thursday or Friday.... This was on a Monday.... They never showed up and never called. I called back this morning they said I am out of the service area.... I was expressly told I was on the edge of it on the original call as that is why it had to be the end of the week as opposed to the next day.... Today they said they called and left a message.... only problem is I don't have

Chose this company based on reviews and it was a huge mistake. Maybe they are good at weekly pool service based on what I read but DO NOT use them for a heater or any installation service. Their techs are not trained well and don't have great knowledge of the products or pool systems. Their office staff is also rude and doesn't respond to calls or emails. If you need someone to clean your pool - give them a shot. Anything else - steer clear and don't make the same mistake we did.
