I had a wonderful experience with Mark from Snappy Home Improvements! I contacted him about some wood rot on the back of my house and he was out to look at it the next day! Two days later, he had it fixed and looking better than ever!!! He and his team also replaced a post on the front that was a tough project. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness will have me coming back to them for all my maintenance needs! I can’t give them a higher recommendation, they are fantastic!

I called Mark on Monday and described what needed to be done. He asked me to call back on Thursday or Friday. I called back and left a message. He texted me to say that he thought I was supposed to call back on Tuesday which was a lie. He said he thought I was going to keep a contractor that I was trying to fire, which means he totally misunderstood me. I decided that if there was that much miscommunication just with a few phone calls, I didn't want him as a contractor. Sorry Mark!!!

I am delighted with the results of my kitchen and bathroom remodel and the addition of a bathroom, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Mr. Manning worked closely with me to be sure that I was satisfied. He kept me informed of timelines so that I could plan. The quality of work was excellent - the men who worked with him were very concerned that their work resulted in a quality product.
