I was promised a referral bonus of $250 from an employee Tim Rush for referring my grandfather to him for solar. After the install Tim has completely ignored me and never paid out the referral bonus. I have reached out twice to the company and they never got back to me. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint. Don’t spend tens of thousands of dollars on a company that can’t even honor a referral bonus. Plus the work was sub par and my grandfather did not even get that great of a deal. Look elsewhere. Most of these reviews I’m sure are employees .

Went solar about 6 months ago, best decision I've made. My HPS bill has been no higher than $10 since. My solar bill is $150 and my old HPS electric bill was $250 (only the electric portion).
If you're looking at solar, definitely give these guys a call. They're straight shooters, no high pressure sales tactics, answered all of my questions.
As far as the installation process, it took them 3 days, left everything clean and even brought me a painting once they were done. Great service overall.

Met Peter Sr. at an event in Homestead, got to talking and set up an appointment for him to come over with his son and explain solar to my Husband and I. From the beginning both were super friendly, patient with all of my questions and helped my husband and I make the first step to going solar! We are so excited to be helping the environment while producing our own energy. I will totally be sharing their business card all around my neighborhood. Great family, great company!

I DO NOT Recommend Core Energy as they would not allow me to cancel my contract within 3 business days of signing it. The proposal/contract needed to be changed several times before it was correct. By the time it was correct it was more than $60K claiming to include free items without any clear breakdown of the cost. Once the cost was explained to me verbally, not in writing, I cancelled the contract the same day. The owner, Peter, said that I broke the original contract and was responsible for a $2,500 cancellation fee. I tried to explain several times about my experience and the information
