We have used Integrity Window Cleaning for the last couple of years to install our Christmas lights. In spite of our best efforts to schedule our light installation early, Integrity has been perpetually late in the season for our installation. This has worsened significantly this year with no response to our emails, phone calls and text messages. Recognizing that he has not been responsive to our scheduling requests, we have asked him to return the lights that we purchased. He has not responded to this request either.

Chisum Proctor was recently referred by our good friends in Boise. He came today and exceeded expectations! My wife and I are more than very pleased with Integrity Window Cleaning, having had bad experiences with others in recent years. Chisum is the owner and does his own cleaning. He is very thorough and makes suggestions when he see your house. He washed our solar panels and educated us that rain does not keep these panels clean! He did an awesome job with our windows. We will use him again to powerwash our house!

The gentleman went way above what we even hoped for. Ask a question about something we saw on the window and he immediately had an answer and would show the reason why. He is a quiet gentleman with the biggest smile. Look forward to having Integrity come back on a regular basis.

They met with me to decide on a new set of solar Christmas lights and did a fabulous job of ordering, suggesting, hanging (on a 3 story that most companies wouldn't touch), setting the timer and doing a follow up check up. We were impressed with Integrity Window Cleaning's initial window cleaning and its presentation of their business. We signed up for monthly payments for continued service for window cleaning and christmas lighting. As of February 19, 2020, the christmas lighting is still up and the company has not responded to our requests to take the lighting down.

You guys did a terrible job cleaning my gutters. I hired you because the gutters in the back yard were hard to get to under my patio pergola. I was up on a ladder doing some repairs and noticed they were still full of leaves. I got the hose and started cleaning them and realized that the down spout was clogged, which I was also able to get unclogged. My wife sent you pictures of the stuff that I flushed out, giving you the opportunity to contact us and make it right however two weeks later, we still haven't heard from you. So now you get a bad review!
