Called on 16 September with concerns about a necessity to continually plunge solid waste in toilets. After a brief conversation regarding my concerns, possible causes, and suggested remedies I scheduled an appointment for evacuation of my septic system. On 17 September they let me know they were on the way and arrive at my scheduled time. I show the area where I suspect my tank is and we discover that the tank is in a different location. Once the tank access cover is located and removed I am shown the issue and explained what the suspected cause is in plain language. So not only do I have my system

Hands down, the best guy to deal with in the Meade county/Hardin county area. Was here less than 24 hours after I called, 20+ years in the Industry, he doesn't dilly dally, had my septic system unclogged and pumped in under an hour. Nice new truck, clean and well kept. Very well mannered with my wife. A real Pro! Returned my call promptly and when the work was finished he even gave me some tips on how to keep our system working great. We were referred to C&S Pumping by our neighbors. I gave them a call they talked with me about what was going on and agreed that my tank probably needed pumped. They told me what day they would be out and to expect a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Once they got here they got right to work and got the job done. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!
Update! It's been 3 years and it was time to get the tank cleaned again. I called and got an appointment the same week, they showed up right when they said they would. Another awesome experience. Still highly recommend! I'll update

Jarret went the extra mile with me and was very polite and helpful. He answered questions honestly and even helped with a problem that he was not there for.
