They were the landscaping company that was contracted with Robin Meadows for two years, but their lack of professionalism and quality has made the HOA look for a new contractor. Poole got their feelings hurt and decided to just skip off and leave Robin Meadows without completing their 30 day contract termination nor their ACTUAL workload that we have been paying them for. My personal property has only ever been half mowed this year - where there is still grass that they hadn't killed yet. and the common areas are either missed completely or so haphazardly done it looks like they had a cat running

Poole Landscaping does the town home yard upkeep and landscaping for Robin Meadows. They are awful. Yesterday I come home to find my entire front yard destroyed...with pollen, leaves, dirt etc blown all over my front yard and garden beds. I couldn't believe it, none of my neighbors had this in their yard making it seem like they messed up our yard intentionally. It is even worse since my fiancee is very allergic to pollen, and we had to spend a good chunk of our afternoon cleaning it all up. My fiancee and I are both considered essential employees so both of us have still had to go into work during

They installed my patio and pond this past Fall. It looks fantastic!! The crew did a great job and had the whole project finished in weeks. Their PM was easy to work with and brought my ideas to life. My neighbor had them to his house when they were finished with mine! I'm so happy with the results! Thank you!

I have used Poole on multiple occasions for projects large and small at my company and at my home. They have never let me down between their highly competent office staff and their laborers that go above and beyond. Poole Landscaping has been great to work with! They answered the phone quickly and a Manager was able to come and meet me at my home that same afternoon. That's almost impossible to find at other companies. The man I met with had great ideas on how to beautify my property and I did not wait long for a quote. Poole leveled and graded areas of my yard, as well as planted lots of plants and a few different trees for us. They were easy to work with, responsive to all of my questions, remained budget-conscious and I did not have to wait weeks and weeks for my project to start. They even came back 2x

The Poole team is a step above. Family owned and operated local business that helped me bring my vision to life. My commercial property was not being serviced properly by my previous Landscaping company so I reached out to Poole. I worked one on one with the owner and it was truly a boutique experience. They went the extra mile and now I use them for my home as well. It's just nice to not have to chase people down to get things done. A true partner!
