Hi! I'm Tim, and I've been walking on roofs long before I could even remember. I'm a second-generation roofer, originally from the Dallas area and I've learned a lot from being in this industry for most of my life. I believe in doing what's best for the customer, which sometimes means NOT replacing an entire roof.

Roofing Outfitters replaced two modified bitumen roofs and a gutter system for us. Scott's initial project analysis was accurate and thorough. The job was accomplished as planned, and mostly within one day. The crew was efficient and professional. Clean up was excellent. Communication throughout the process was great. Roofing outfitters was hired by the apartment complex to re-roof the entire complex. No small task by an stretch. On day one a worker fell through my ceiling into my apartment leaving a huge hole in my apartment and destroyed a chair. Within a short period of time Tim (the owner) was at my place with a Visa gift card for my trouble and had the hole covered immediately as well as a drywall crew at my place within 24 hours. We live in a home that is over 100 years old and the roof was in very poor condition. We finally were ready to replace the roof and got multiple estimates and Roofing Outfitters was by far the most knowledgeable. Their estimate came in right in the middle of all the others and they provided us information regarding the decking material beneath the shingles that the other companies could not provide. They came out and helped us choose the shingle color and went out of their way to get the color we wanted.

Scott is a real genuine guy that is extremely knowledgeable. I have had poor experiences with other front range roofing companies in the past, but now I have found one that I will stick with. Chad is Johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to project managing. He really made me feel valued as a customer. I'd give 10 stars to them if I could!

From start to finish, Scott, Chad and the entire team provided us with timely work, a great looking new roof and at a truly fair price. The inspection went without a hitch and it just looks so much better. Winters here will always be rough but hoping that with this new roof, we will have piece of mind for years to come
