We specialize in building new homes with an authentic American character. If all you have is just an idea and the piece of land on which you want to see it reach reality, we'll gladly spend some time with you at our expense to discuss how our special experience and our building philosophy might fit your needs.
If what you have in mind is expanding or remodeling your home, we work in the same way, starting with your wishes and translating them into working drawings. A large part of our business consists of renovating, expanding, and remodeling homes to improve their functionality while maintaining their individual personalities.
We have designed and built many decks and porches. Here is a particularly stunning screen porch complete with a Rumford fireplace! Glass inserts were made to replace the screens in the fall to allow an extended season to enjoy the outdoor scenery. Screen porches have proven to be a nice addition to open porches and decks.
This letter was a long time in coming. In 1997, Stan Tompkins and his associates designed and built a beautiful addition to our home. Needless to say, we were enormously pleased and I wish I had taken the time to write and thank him last time. Most importantly, I can say that my family and I trust Stan to do the best job possible within a budget we can afford.
