A MUST READ. A service tech/sales rep, (or whatever title this company has branded him with), Rick, very possibly could be the one and only demise of this company. Rick is definitely one of the laziest, most disrespectful, excuse making person and rudest employee I have ever had to deal with from another company. Rick definitely hates his job and is obviously struggling in life.
My client contacted this gas company to have their gas line relocated so it would not effect the look of their new tile backsplash for their new outdoor kitchen we are building for them. Unfortunately, my client got stuck

The work they did was fine but my bill was 2 & half time more than what I was quoted for. Very disappointed. Spent $400 on parts - when they said they were getting parts they didn’t tell us how much it would be. If parts are going to be that expensive then they should confirm that with the client first. (also they had to go get the parts- which I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have parts on hand in their truck/van - so we were billed an hour & half while they were gone going to get parts - not sure why I’m billed for them not being prepared when they knew what the job was going to be when
