Coachlight Chimney Sweep

John came out today & inspected/cleaned my chimney. For the great price I was concerned any minor issues I may have would be large extra charges. Nope! John was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. He took plenty of time to answer my questions and explain some things I could do to keep the chimney as clean/safe as possible. Very highly recommended!

Had my new home chimney cleaned and inspected today. 1930 house . From making the appointment to their confirmation and perfectly on time arrival I have never had better service . Frienly guys , efficient and better pricing by far. They made a suggestion and said I didnt need to do right away ... Im calling to schedule tomorrow. Wish all contractors operated like this.

What a great experience. From my initial call until my chimney was fixed, it was a pleasure working with some of the nicest people. Thank you for the tips on how best to use the fireplace and for all the cozy nights my wife and I have in store.

Had Tom come out and sweep my chimney and install chimney caps ! He was on time and very friendly ! They covered the floors and did not make any mess ! Answered all my questions ! Was very happy and would highly recommend this company highly !!! 5 stars !!!

In these days of lackluster customer service, Coachlight Chimney stands well above the rest. Tom and Chris were on time, protected the living room fully with covering and went to work. No muss, no fuss, Tom and Chris cleaned out our fireplace and even repaired some missing mortar...no charge. Went in basement and inspected the ash collector. They did a thorough job and gave me guidelines on when another inspection should be done. Will use them again as I have in 3 previous locations. Well done Tom.

Tom and a partner came out to clean and inspect our chimney and it was a great experience. Polite, conscious of keeping my home clean and spaces protected, knowledgable, and downright friendly. I will happily have him back for all things chimney related and think of him and Coachlight as our go to chimney team.

Tom at Coachlight was excellent. He not only performed the chimney sweep thoroughly but also gave me tips on best practices of using the fireplace and what chimney cap to buy. And I told him that we might want to convert from gas to wood and he even let me know some tips of how to do that. He was very professional and put tarps down so not to make a mess too. I would highly recommend.

Such a great company to work with! When I originally called I was greeted by a friendly and respectable voice. She answered all my questions a and gave me a quote. I live out in Shelby/Washington area and she said that wouldn’t be a problem. She told me he would be here between 130 and 3. And by 1:45 he was in my driveway. Tom showed up on time was very personable and respectful! He kept the work space clean and made sure to leave no trace of him being here! This is the first time I’ve owned a fireplace and he walked me through absolutely everything!! The price was exactly as I was quoted.

I had a great experience with Coachlight Chimney Safety. They were just as all the great reviews described them. I had a couple of conversations with the wife. (I think her name is Karen) who was very pleasant. Tom was on time, very pleasant and neat. He took his time yet didn't waste time. He educated me on operation of the fireplace. He also informed me of some work that would be needed on my chimney come Spring. I was very pleased with this company's service. They will be my chimney and fireplace maintenance company from now on and I will refer my friends and family to them. Great job Tom!
