I had new kitchen countertops installed and they did a fantastic job. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. The granite is gorgeous. I decided to replace my sink while they were here to measure for the countertops. They picked out a sink for me and it is perfect. The guys who installed it were very respectful of my space and cleaned up after themselves. They left it cleaner than when they got here. I would use them again.

Great place to find anything solid surface, great service as soon as you walk in the door, they have a large selection that goes around the building, and the prices are very competitive compared to other places in the northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. I will be going to them for all of my countertop projects from now on rather than other places.

Very happy with my experience! Was encouraged by my contractor to visit Ohio Valley Solid Surface, though I was reluctant. I was considering taking a very inexpensive approach to updating my kitchen and was going to go with laminate. I know, I know!!! Who does that? Right?
Anyways, I ventured out and over to Ohio Valley Solid Surface where Luke took the time to show me all my options, walking me around the lot, explaining in detail the pros and cons of each surface, care and maintenance, and pricing. I of course, fell in love with the most expensive quartz countertop but simply knew the minute

Some people say that Location is extremely important for a business. I say this business is Very Much worth a drive from where ever you are in the tristate. Fantastic people and great products. We completely gutted our kitchen and got new quiet close cabinets plus granite counter tops and granite island top. We had to have a service call for a seam that I thought wasn't jjust right. Tony and Aaron came out and now the seam is perfect. Very friendly and they cleaned up after thgemselves. Excellent workers and very knowledgeable. Extremely large selection of counter top materials. I would use them

Large selection of solid surfaces(as in I've never seen that much inventory). They modified a corian counter top and cut two quarts tops for us. We worked with Tom R. who installed all three tops for us and did a fantastic job. We are going to do a bathroom soon and I plan to return to Ohio Valley Solid Surfaces for another top,

I would never do business with this company again. I recently read a review on the Better Business website that sounded similar to ours. It was so similar to our story that I must believe that this is not isolated and they have a history of being a "repeat offender"!
The similarity is that Ohio Valey Solid Surface failed to bring the product that I ordered. When I called to tell them the mistake, the owner immediately became defensive and told me that they did bring what I wanted. The item was a kitchen sink. To make the problem bigger was that they had cut the granite to fit the sink they brought
