Bomar prides itself on being a small company with big company experience and procedures. Both large and small projects are well within our normal project range.

Bomar Construction, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Leonard Marinaccio, Jr. We are a general contractor specializing in commercial construction, located at our current address on South Orchard Street in Ormond Beach since 1985. We are a family business: Leonard Marinaccio III is now majority shareholder and is President of the company.

Our reputation for being an excellent "partner", both with the owner and with design professionals, particularly with respect to how closely we work with them on a day to day basis and our ability to keep changes to an absolute minimum is what we strive for.
Under the Construction Manager or Design-Build model, Bomar will provide Pre-Construction Services to our clients to assist them in determining whether the project that they have imagined will fit within their budgetary constraints. Pre-Construction services begin with consultation among the project team to establish the basic footprint of the building and construction type.
