I have to commend Greg on the thoroughness with which he conducted the mold inspection at my business premises. The mold was hard to find but we knew it was somewhere as my staff and I were starting to feel ill after full working days in the office. Greg found the cause in our A/C ductwork in no time at all and, having had the problem eradicated and the source of the causal dampness fixed, we no longer have to worry about the health concerns in coming to work. No excuses for my staff to stay away now!

Great service! Melbourne Mold (Greg Bertaux;) is a true professional all the way, on time, spent over an hour in our house, provided excellent insights not just about mold problems in our house, but also about what was causing it. In our case it was all about the air conditioning unit being oversized, older, causing high humidity, and a cooling coil packed with mold causing VOCs we never knew about. Excellent service and response. They found a small pipe leak in the wall between our master shower and bedroom with much hidden mold in the wall. We previously paid another firm good money and all they took were two air samples left without every checking for leaks.
