I am very glad that I called 911 restoration to remediate the problem in my property. Ophir and Manny were out there the very day I called the company and started fixing the problem the next morning.

I contacted 911 restoration on 2/18 for a emergency Covid-19 sanitation for my grandmas home. Not only were they very responsive, respectful and understanding but they were able to be on site within 1-hour. The individual who came out to sanitize and clean was very punctual, respectful and polite. My grandmas house was fog, sanitize and wiped. I was very satisfied with the service and experience. 911 RESTORATION SB was very attentive to every detail regarding our emergency flooding situation. Ophir quickly assessed the damage, consulted with us & explained every detail about what was needed and what had to be done to get the situation in hand. When the problem was found to be from a totally different source than originally prescribed the next morning, he quickly went with the game plan and had his crew in place. He is knowledgeable, a team player, a gentleman, and assisted all involved far and above his job description plus his equipment is top notch. I could not be happier with the efficiency
