I have been a customer of Whatcom Lawns for over 10 years. Not once have I had any issues with their service which includes mowing, edging, weed control and pruning projects. We love Whatcom Lawns! Happy professionals that know what they are doing! The service we received when we first moved into our new home was excellent. We called Whatcom Lawns and spoke with Michael, who provided a rundown of all their services and listened to what we wanted and what we possibly might need in order to maintain our lawn, trees and beds. They came out and helped us figure out a plan and gave us a reasonable estimate. We are busy professionals and I love that they call us with our seasonal reminders, and that I can call them up anytime and know that they will take care of everything

We have had the pleasure of working with Whatcom Lawns for the past four years, two of those years were as an out-of-state landlord, and the last two we have lived in our home in Sudden Valley. Dealing with the long distance was so easy. They kept our lawn trimmed for our tenants and did an excellent job. Then when we moved here we decided to redo our front yard. We removed the grass (sad grass. would have taken much, much work to restore it) and to put in a creative design with stones and mulch. We have been using Whatcom Lawns to service our property for about 4 or 5 years now. We have contracted their services for regular lawn and weed control maintenance, tree pruning and stump grinding, laying down gravel and decorative rock and installing a new drain system for our gutter run off. All their work has been as promised. Steve is committed to excellent customer service and professionalism and we see that reflected in the work his associates have done for us. We have used Whatcom Lawns for several years for applications of weed/feed and moss killer and they have done a great job. We have now started using them for irrigation flushing in the fall, too. We used to have them do lawn aeration, but several of our irrigation valve covers were punctured and broken so we don't have that done anymore (hence the 4 star). Overall they are great to work with - dependable and friendly.

Whatcom Lawn’s installed an irrigation system at our home that included (4) lawn zones, (3) flower bed zones, (2) garden zones and a new faucet located near the garden.
The proposal: Steve came to the house and we discussed the sprinkler / irrigation system. I knew what I wanted but had limited knowledge, he educated me on what was possible and we came up with a plan. Next day a member of his crew performed the measurements for the new system. A few days later the proposal with details and cost estimation arrived.
The installation: They obtained all permits and scheduled the project. All existing

I have been using Whatcom Lawns for 2 years. As you can see I have a huge backyard that I cannot keep up myself. Whatcom Lawns finished that in 2 days! They touched almost every tree, sculpting large scotch pines that I wanted a Japanese feel to. They dug out a large patch of ground cover that was difficult and pruned everything else to my specifications.
In addition they carried away all the brush and left my garden immaculate!

My husband and I started using Whatcom Lawns several years ago after asking one of our neighbors how her lawn had become so healthy and weed free. Well, it didn’t take long before our lawn looked just as beautiful! The crew from Whatcom Lawns comes out a few times a year with the right services at the right time (aeration, moss control, and fertilizer) and we don’t have to worry about a thing! It is so worth it for us. We highly recommend them.
