Do NOT use this company!! You will be missing valuable items if you choose to use them!! We hired them to come out and clean our air ducts. The next day we realized that they had stolen a pair of Jordan's from our master bedroom closet. There was no reason for them to be in our closet as we have no air vents in there. So far the company has been… less than helpful. When my husband called to talk with the customer service rep, he insinuated that we were lying and made a joke out of the situation. If you hire this company to work with, be prepared to have items from your home stolen.

Jarrad and Brandon showed up on time and were professional, courteous and very friendly. They inspected my ducts and informed me that no cleaning was necessary. Amazing...a service company that didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! While they were here, I knew I needed my dryer duct cleaned and they performed that service quickly and thoroughly. They even gave me a discount! I would highly recommend using Carolina Duct & Crawl...awesome experience!

Employees were professional and friendly however they did not have proper vacuum. It was not professional equipment. Just a shop vac. My house is full of dirt, dust, and what ever else was in our vents. We are breathing it now!!! I have cleaned three rooms today all day from ceiling to walls, to furniture and floors. Not happy at all because we had them come do we had no worries about breathing unclean air. Do your research before you choose a company. When I made the appointment with this company, I stated very clearly that I was immunocompromised and that only fully vaccinated technicians could work in my home. Michelle told me that all of their techs were fully vaccinated. I scheduled for a three-hour timeframe (for the technician to arrive), rearranging my own schedule to do so. When the technician contacted me to let me know when he would arrive, he told me that he was fully vaccinated but that his helper was not. Jarrad and Matias arrived on time and were very professional. My ducts were already clean, but they did find some mold on/near the HVAC units. Even though that is not why they were coming out, they had the materials they needed to fix the problem. They cleaned the mold and installed UV lights to prevent it from coming back. It only took them about 2 hours to complete. They even changed the filters for me!

Bryan and Matious were right on time. Bryan explained everything they saw and what it would cost, in layman’s terms that I could understand, even took pictures to show me of the spaces I couldn’t get to. Very professional, courteous and trustworthy. I would recommend Bryan and Matious to anyone needing their air ducts, vents and air returns cleaned and mold/mildew problem solution. Bryan and Matias came out this past Friday to clean my air ducts and do a crawl space inspection. I bought an older home in December. At the time, I had 3 companies give me estimates on replacing the vapor barrier under the home. Not one of those companies took the time to show inspect or show me the poorly insulated, deteriorating duct lines or the mold growing in my crawl! Bryan went down there, took tons of pictures and put together a cost effective option for me to replace the old (and mold covered) ducts, clean and fumigate the lines, install a UV light to prevent future mold growth AND install

Fantastic experience! So realtor friendly!!! I can’t thank Brandon and Owen enough for the service they provided at a recent inspection for a crawlspace!! Myles put in a UV light in our air system by tearing into our air duct. The UV light wasn’t even suspended in air which rendered it useless. He lied to his bosses saying that we weren't even living in the house yet and that he was planning on returning to correct it. They also cleaned our vents which afterwards blows out small black particles. We were expecting the cleaning to be $60 as advertised but it came out to almost $500.
