I called Clark & Rush regarding a home heating repair. Upon the friendly technician taking a peek into my attic, he immediately said I should instead simply replace the entire unit and ducting because my unit was from the 90's. My repair call had quickly turned into a sales pitch before the unit was even looked at. My two cents.. If you're going to call Clark & Rush for any home repair, be sure to tell them the year of your system before paying $89 for them to tell you to buy a new unit. I had an appointment today between two and four, where did most of the afternoon and finally called Clarke and Rush at 4 o'clock to find out where they were, they told me they were short a couple of people but they tried to call everybody but oh well too sad too bad. I said I already paid for this appointment so give me my money back, the snarky little girl at the front desk told me she doesn't do that and if I didn't like it she would hang up the phone and terminate the phone call. How rude! Time to find somebody else to service my air conditioning and heating needs.

The folks at Clarke & Rush were excellent. Tony, the Production Manager, was responsive and friendly. Tristan and Nick, who did the installation were courteous, professional, and diligent. Overall, we are very pleased with our new windows. This is our second job done by Clarke & Rush - the other was attic insulation, and we are fully satisfied.

We had a 30 year old HVAC system for the first floor of our house. We chose Clark & Rush for the excellent quote to replace the downstairs equipment. The installation team lead by Billy was amazing. The teamwork, professionalism and care exceeded our expectations. The existing ductwork was tested and improved by sealing leaks found. New co2 monitoring devices were replaced or added. Same for smoke detectors. We have a new WiFi thermostat and have received the rebate from Roseville. Just great.

Ray and Ed called me way ahead of the appointment to let me know what time they'd be at the house. They arrived exactly around the time they said they would. They took their time to put on PPE including shoe covers. They spent plenty of time to thoroughly check my HVAC system in and outside the house and found leaks from my condenser coils. They then explained what the problem was and what the next steps were. We recently were forced to replace our HVAC system in the main house during an extremely hot period of time in July. Our property also has a small Casita / Mother-in- Law's Quarters for which heating / cooling is driven by separate HVAC system. After our uncomfortable July experience, and since both systems were almost 21 years old, we decided to proactively replace the remaining old Casita system.

What a pleasant company to work with. The installers were the best part. They were on time, and professional. Tony, Becca, and Ryan were amazing. They were kind and patient with a house filled with Cranky hot adults and children.
My grandson was very curious and talkative and they were so awesome with him. After being without air for 10 days, it's nice to be cool again.

I’ve had Clark and Rush doing semi-annual maintenance on my 6-year old split heat pump HVAC system since I moved into my current home three years ago. They have always been on time, with plenty of confirmations beforehand, entirely professional, thorough in their checks, and knowledgeable when I had any questions. The one time the system broke down on me they were able to come out and repair it within 24 hours.

Interesting - I called Garick Air Conditioning Service early this a.m. Was told that a tech would be out tomorrow...a few hours later I received a call from a Clarke & Rush dispatcher stating that they had a tech for me today. A very pleasant surprise on the hottest day of the year to date. Ray Walker from Clarke and Rush did fantastic work...and he did it a day earlier than originally promised.

First of all; the sales process is really exceptional. Aaron spent considerable time with us; first reviewing the different brands we had interest. He then did an incredibly thorough explanation of the installation process: explaining different rating systems, what had to be done to make the HVAC system current with current codes. There subsequently no surprises.
The installation crew was just wonderful: professional, polite and highly efficient. Tobias was the team leader, I think, as he was the point person for all communication. Tremendous representative for the company.

We choose C & R as we had used them in the past to install our Heating and Air conditions unit. This time we were in need of replacing all of our ducts (in sub flooring). We really liked Tony, however he did say he would be here to oversee the project and never made it, otherwise he was a great guy. We had another company come out and it was hard sales and way more expensive. The maintenance contract to come an service us on a routine basis wasn't an extra cost as the other guys were. We needed gutters - who knew Clark & Rush is really a one stop shop for most home remodel needs. We had estimates ranging from $15K to $2500. What sold me initially was meeting and interacting w/ Tony. No sales pitch - just the facts - informative facts re: gutters. They aren't complicated and I liked his honest assessment of how the work would be done and his estimate was perfect.

Our salesperson, Brian, is the best! Very knowledgable, thorough and personable. We got the "perfect fit" A/C for our home and within our budget. He shared a video of our attic space and ducts, and we found out we desparately needed insulation and a little duct work to accommodate a room addition. It had been 30 years since the last install! He was honest and wonderful to work with.
