Call because of a blocked sewer on Saturday. Asked how much they charged for a weekend call and was told their rate was $85 and hour plus time and half which would have been around $130
They were here 45 minutes and charged $332
When I asked why I was told it was because they have to use 2 people for sewer problems.
I think they should have conveyed this when I called not after the fact.
Would not recommend unless you don’t mind over paying for their service.

I had called a company in Eagle Grove and they didn't get back to me for almost 2 weeks. Called NCIS and they had someone out right away to look at my water softener. During the process, they kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on. They figured out the problem and installed a new softener in a week's time.
I'd highly recommend them over the company in Eagle Grove.

Would’ve said they are great. But this year I needed two things done. I asked repeatedly for quotes and never even received a call back. I always paid for my services they preformed within 48 hours of receiving the bill. Not sure what’s going on but would no longer recommend them.

We built a new house in 2015. We had Mitch and his crew do our electrical, plumbing, HVAC, radiant heat flooring and geothermal. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their services and all their people were excellent and nice guys to work with. They were all on time and we finished the house in about 5 months! We have had a few minor issues (bad breaker, radiant heat garage floor with air leak) and they came right out and made the repairs needed. They have always backed their work. If we were to do it over again, we would definitely use them.

Very friendly technicians and top notch work. Installed a new furnace in our home, and were very professional. Also very pleasantly surprised at their insistence on cleaning up after themselves. I recommend this company to everyone!
