InsideOut Construction, Inc. was established in 1997 by Dennis Roberts. Dennis wanted to form a construction company that would not have the "typical" construction worker image. With a background as a leader in the construction and sales industries, Dennis knows that superior customer service, along with quality craftsmanship is what it takes to grow a successful contracting business.
The quality of the work was excellent and the porch is beautiful. The work was completed very expeditiously. I have heard the horror stories of some peoples' experiences with home improvement projects. When my wife and I decided to invest in a home addition I was excited and set off to research options.
InsideOut Construction, Inc. will install decking in various assortments of designs. Most of our decking is installed at 45-degree angles with a center trim board separating two reverse angles. Usually when a client chooses to build an addition to their current deck, they will either match their existing deck's design, or resurface the existing deck to match the new decking that we install.
InsideOut Construction, Inc. installs the "Screen Tight" system on all of our screen porches. Most construction companies staple their screen to the walls and cover them with a 1"x4" wooden strip to hide the staples. This method leaves undesirable staple pull marks and makes the screen virtually unrepairable if (and when, in this case) it becomes loose.
InsideOut Construction realizes that the ceiling is usually the focal point of most screen rooms. Therefore, all of our screen rooms are finished with genuine beaded tongue and groove pine ceilings. There are two different types of tongue and groove to choose from. One type is a 1"x 4" beaded tongue and groove, and the other is 1"x 6" tongue and groove without the beaded finish.

Just finished expanding our deck and building screened in room. Both Dennis and Brandon are two great guys to work with. They both were very knowledgeable, explained what was better for our renovation, and completed the project on time. They redesigned our screened porch roofline and extended it out into our yard to accommodate the new outdoor kitchen we had installed. From the beginning they were very professional, here on time, did excellent work, and stayed within our budget. We would recommend them to anyone.
