We stopped at their store looking for a cartridge for a new faucet for our rv sink, as the cold water tap wouldn't turn. We wanted to fix it before we drained it for winter. We had already been to several RV shops, with no luck. They didn't have the cartridge in stock, but the lady working there took our cartridge in back for about 10 minutes, and got it working again, and gave us a few tips for keeping it working. I was SO grateful for her help!
While we waited, we checked out their plumbing supplies, and they have an amazing selection of faucets, parts, etc.

Very knowledgeable staff, off my discription over the phone one of the lovely ladies that works behind the counter was able to walk me through a repair and saved me $100 plus had the part in stock with a full walkthrough when I got to the store.. a real life saver we were without water due to a shower handle breaking off. We called 5 or so companies and everyone was booked at least a week out.. they really saved us a huge headache.. the customer service was above and beyond and truly made us feel cared for just like we were there own family... Would recommend to anyone!

Bills plumbing was an awesome company to work with! We ordered 2 sanikans for a wedding located on private property that catered to 90 people. The cans were clean and in 100% working condition.
