Started selling for Bridgenorth Homes for a new addition in Shelbyville. The person over sales and training appeared to be someone I wanted to work for... at first. Great training tactics, but discovered there was really not enough training for the sales process. He really showed his true character one day in a very unprofessional manner. Everyone else was wonderful to work with. Great owners, employees... but one guy made it not the place for me. The homes have fantastic floorplans and it appeared to be good quality. A growing company with growing pains.
