I recently needed to replace my packaged HVAC unit. I did my research into HVAC units based on ratings from the Consumer Reports website. Based on their recommendations, I decided to find a local dealer / installer for American Standard.
I called McDonald’s HVAC requesting a quote to replace the unit as well as changing out the existing flex… ductwork with solid ductwork.
Dusty came out and provided a quote for the work that was at a fair price for the work. They did great work replacing the old ductwork, repairing the original return, and installing the new HVAC unit. I recommend

The man who inspected our unit was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended we get a new unit, which we knew it was time for. It was about a week later we got it installed by two men who were personable and friendly as well. My only wish is that I would have had known they were coming so I could have moved stuff (e.g. JUNK) out of their way in my overloaded house. Lol. I do recommend this company. Lauren

Our AC went out on what felt like the hottest day of the summer. I called McDonald's HVAC and talked with Dusty. In less than 24 hours, Luca and Bronson were at our home ready to work! Oh my goodness, I cannot begin to say how blessed we are to have found this company. Everyone has been responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We now have our AC back on, and both the quality of service and the value of it is outstanding! It is so nice to find a reliable company these days. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dusty and the team are truly tops in Lawrence county and Lawrenceburg! You won't go wrong calling them when you need a new unit or repairs to existing. We have a small business and McDonald's HVAC services and maintain a 15 plus units for us. If there are issues Dusty makes it right, and is honest and straight forward to deal with at all times. McDonald's bailed us out of an emergency late on a weekend night with a temporary fix to keep us cool. Their service was top-notch, they followed up the following week with a permanent fix when they said they would and their pricing was very reasonable. Service Tech Tad Ratliff was knowledgeable and dependable and got us back up and running quickly!

Our unit went out on a weekend and with it being summer time, the temperature quickly rose. McDonald’s was quick to respond and had the unit fixed in no time. Dusty was even camping with his family and left that to come repair it. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services. Good quality company and a stand up guy.

They came out and within 2 hours I had a estimate. And within a couple days was installing my new AC UNIT. Very prompt, professional and nice people. They came in and you never knew they was there. Got straight to work and cleaned up after they was done. I can’t brag enough on them. I recommend anyone looking for a new unit to look no further. You can’t beat their prices and their service.
