Started by Bill and Verna Olson in 1954, Olson's Sewer Service originally provided maintenance service for homeowners with onsite sewage treatment systems. As the business grew, Bill's brothers, first John, then Dale, joined the team. Together with our expanded offering of services came a growing fleet of trucks and equipment - all featuring our trademark pink paint.

They know what there doing, but there price for the work they did was exorbitant. I'm an engineer and understand whats going on.
The first staff member on the phone was a snot when I called. $570 dollars an hour for two guys, new pump, wiring, and one waste tank pumped out.
Good company for emegency. My work was done during normal business hours.
I'll use others next go around.

Olson’s will do any job big or small. Dylan gave an affordable bid and was open to any questions I had. Lee and Teri in the office were responsive and gave updates as needed via calls & email. Dustin, Logan and Travis took nearby property lines into consideration when bringing in the excavator and cleaned the area up nicely. Olson’s exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I'm having an electrical issue with my septic alarm. I called this company to see if they could come out and fix it. The woman who answered the phone said she'd talk to the guy that pumped my tank last year (that was the first time I had hired this co) and then she'd call me back. A WEEK later and I still hadn't heard a word from anyone. So I call them back to find out what's going on, she asks me if I know of any electricians I can hire. I tell her no, she tells me they have a few they work with and that she'll see if she can find one that can come out and take a look and she'll call me back.

I called for information on addressing a very old backed up septic system at a parent's house. They spent lots of time with me on the phone laying out several options from service to repair to replacement. It helped me make the best short term decision and know who to contact for designing a replacement system. I will definitely use them when it is time to replace the system as well.

I would highly recommend olsens! We had another company come out to clean the main line we were told that are pipe was broken and would need to excavate the front yard. Brian from olsens came out the next morning and broke though some roots and cleaned the pipe! From the start the customer service I received at olsens was absolutely superior! Thanks for everything!

Our family has utilized Olson's services for many years for both sewers and excavation. Last week Olsons excavated for the addition on my first home. As always, they were right on time and their work was precise. You can trust Olsons to be punctual perfectionists! A funny aside: one of my new neighbors saw Olson's pink truck and was concerned I had unexpected sewer issues in my new home! I can say it is much more exciting to be building!

About a year ago, I got an estimate for sewer repair. The cement driveway would have to be broken up & left for me to repair myself.

I got another service and they dug under my driveway, and I wasn't even here to watch/monitor.

I asked Olson's for a copy of the estimate -- and I'm still WAITING.

Then in June I had a man from Olson's come to open my bathtub drain. He did this. Then told me that they hadn't sent any slips with him to give me a copy of the bill. I"m still WAITING for that, too.
