Our Control Center proactively monitors over 30,000 cameras each night. When they see suspicious activity, our trained operators follow client protocols and current property notes and take action, that can include activating speaker warnings, calling police to report an incident in progress, and contacting property staff.

I am absolutely impressed with the culture of this company. Everyone goes above and beyond to help one another out as well as help you improve your skill set. Critical: Quality
Had a friend who worked here before. Their "security" consists of a bunch of people crammed in a room, each person staring at 15+ different feeds, each video thumbnail maybe 2inches by 3inches. When they saw something like a car pass by, they would call it out and have another person look at it. It was hilariously bad.

Not impressed with their services, I guess I had higher expectations.
The cameras always show disconnected or video lost, when I call the tech department for assistance with this, the problem is always my computer, my internet, or I have to some kind of update pending.

First of all at least 4 of the 5 star reviews are from employees. When there are only 39 reviews that's nearly 10% of the overall score which is already a low 3.7 before my review (they are packing their own stats)
Second. There are some serious ethical concers with how this company tries to win business contracts and how their employees conduct themselves.
They will prioritize their own $$$ over your safety and actively try to trash anyone or thing that stands in their way.
