We just completed our home remodel with the help of Archwood Home and have to say that we LOVE our new Vinyl flooring, and baseboards. The workers were very efficient and got the job done in just two days . They also have a huge selection of floors to choose from.

Under new ownership and by far a horrible experience. The old owner Mark was a joy to work with and i loved my floors. He was very responsive and was go to person for flooring.
The new ownership is lazy and does not care. I had a floor repair issue and all i wanted was for someone to fix. I even had two extra boxes left over. Possible more work for the upstairs. All I needed was the labor. Instead i got a 3 month run around with manufacture warranty and no results. They don't listen to client needs!

Went in Saturday and ordered casing. Was told it would deliver Tuesday. No call or notifications Tuesday. I called and was told now Wednesday. Called Wednesday and was told on back order until December. No calls, emails, etc.
Not doing business with people who can't tell you what's going on and deal upfront and honestly.

Maria was such a great helped during the time I was struggling finding a flooring to get for my home. Archwood home has a variety of different options to choose from such as wood flooring, mouldings, vinyl, and laminate. Not to mention that their employees help you with designing your home. Great customer service and recommendations. I was referred to this place from my contractor and I was hesitant at first, but when I met with Ashley and the owner Manuel they were extremely helpful and nice! I was astonished by the deals I got on flooring, as another location charged me the same price for a thinner vinyl product. Can't wait for my flooring to be installed!

Archwood just installed custom baseboards throughout my home and they are beautiful. I had the rooms repainted and the baseboards added the finishing touch I was looking for. The workmanship was beautiful, the only down side is that they will not move your furniture so you need to get movers or someone else to move your heavy pieces. Ruth C

Archwood Flooring installed Maplewood flooring and wainscoting on the first floor of our house on May 30, 2016 and the end date was around June 18. They did a very nice job. I would have given them 5 stars but I felt at times there was a slight lack of communication from Francisco (but it could have also been my husband too). Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly as their estimates are very reasonable and competitive.

So far, my experience with Archwood has been absolutely fantastic. Rebecca (Becky) has been so patient and easy to work with from scheduling conflicts (on my part) and flexibility with measurements and flooring samples. She goes out of her way to check her email even from home and will respond as soon as possible. I've never had any customer service issues with her (or Denise who is also in the office). Every transaction has been seamless and drama-free.
As things changed in my work scope, they quickly provided me with an updated quote.

What a great experience! Francisco came out almost immediately and provided a clear written estimate for our 6" crown moulding and other work. He was professional, prompt and courteous. The crew who came out to do the work arrived promptly and were friendly, and very hard working. All care measures were observed: covers were put on the bottom of ladders to make sure wood floors were not scratched, protective plastic sheets were used to cover furniture and household items, and floors were swept and areas cleaned up before they left each day. We loved archwood. We checked home depot, lowes, liquid lumineters, american finest carpet and, Demar wholesale. We considered price, quality and of course timelines. We were replacing our whole house-wood floors, carpet in 5 bedrooms and tile install in kitchen and bathroom. We also added wood up the stairs. Francisco and his crew at Archwood are very reliable and trustworthy. They have done my crown moulding and some hardwood flooring in my residence and everything has gone as promised. We gave him the keys to our house while we were on vacation and when we returned all the work was completed and the house was clean of debris and dust. We loved archwood. Good quality work, fast, efficient, clean, polite crew, flexible and most important finished job in contracted timeline! After getting a quote for installation from Lumber Liquidators, I decided to get other bids to see if I could save some money. I turned to Yelp and found Archwood which had good reviews and was nearby. I stopped by and found a good variety of flooring options. We had just bought our new home but it needed some updates. We looked around and had several companies come in to give us quotes. Costco was the most expensive and the person they sent in was not knowledgeable. Francisco from Archwood came in on time and with alot of knowledge. He gave us many great ideas and gave us the best quote. The installed laminate flooring throughout the house and tiles in the restrooms and washing area. Absolutely the BEST home updating experience that we have had since buying this home two years ago. We used their limited time offer of 300 linear square feet of baseboard installation for $1000. We wound up upgrading to a taller baseboard of 4" and it only cost us $150 extra total. For $1,150 we got every inch of that 300 linear feet of upgraded baseboard installed, painted and the old baseboard removed and disposed of. The crew, led by Luis, were fantastic, efficient, courteous and punctual. The final outcome is gorgeous and makes our older home look almost brand new. We have two other rooms

Over the first day, they installed the crown, protecting our furniture and floors in the process. Over the second day, they did the painting and finishing touches. His painting crew, was clean and respectful of our home, did great work, and was super accommodating (of our family who was always underfoot!

This review is well over due! I was originally going to have Archwood complete all my window cassings and had scheduled to have it done over President's weekend. I had this booked at least one month ahead of time. Three days before they were suppose to come out, I get a call from Denise who left a message on my cell asking me if I was still interested in getting the job done?????
