Connor Remodeling & Design helped us finish our lower level, which included adding a family room, bar area, bedroom, bathroom, and art room. Kevin was fantastic to work with and made every step of the process so easy. (At least from our point of view from upstairs!) The design is perfect for our family of six, and Kevin's attention to detail was really appreciated. We had some layout challenges to work around, and Connor's staff handled those, as well as incorporated things we hadn't considered in making the space as functional as possible, like an alcove under the stairway for our basement freezer

Conner was responsive and concerned with an insulation problem we had with our fireplace insert cavity. They uncovered and repaired the problem - the lack of proper baffling between the attic and fireplace cavity, in a professional manner, with good cleanup.
In addition, they researched additional actions with a fireplace company, resulting in an extension of the chimney stack.
Now we are toasty warm in our family room! Thank you Conner Remodeling & Design!

We couldn't be more pleased with our bathroom remodel and the attention to detail of the Connor staff. We were particularly pleased with their assistance in dealing with unanticipated problems:
It was found that the tub insert installed months earlier by a different contractor had been leaking under the old vinyl floor covering. The tub installer was unresponsive to our request for help until the Connor staff intervened. The problem was promptly addressed by the installer and the project schedule adjusted to minimize delays.
The plumbing installer detected a flaw in the new sink top that we had

Connor Remodeling (CR) did my kitchen, and I liked CR's work so much that I had them do my guest bathroom a short time later. I had a definite vision for both projects, and Ken--CR's owner--went the extra mile to realize that vision. Both turned out exactly as I had imagined. Connor Remodeling remodeled our entire kitchen and mudroom/laundry room area. The entire team (contractor, designer, carpenter and other subcontractors) was extremely patient and attentive to details. From the design process to the installation, they listened to our needs and wants for the project. They incorporated as many as they could within the design. If our needs or wants were outside of our budget or were structurally impossible, they took the time to explain this to us. Remodeling can be a difficult sometimes longer then planned process but the Connor team does a great job of making it

I have worked with Connor Remodeling & Design twice and the word that immediately comes to my mind in describing Ken Connors is integrity. The first time was after a major rain storm left part of my basement damaged. I had to redo the laundry room and this included repairing plaster walls, replacing woodwork, and repainting floor and walls.
The second time involved extensive repairs to the second story porch. He took detailed pictures of the porch that were invaluable in dealing with the insurance company. He returns calls promptly and if he says he will be at your home at a certain time he is

Connor Remodeling and Design is top-notch. I remodeled 3 bathrooms and updated the foyer of my home and boy did Ken deliver. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and made helpful suggestions. He paid attention to my concerns and always followed through on commitments. The tile was meticulously installed with a level of quality I have rarely seen. It was important to me to donate old fixtures and they made it happen. Ken was involved start to finish, took care of all the details, and worked hard to ensure a positive overall experience.
