Services
For residential or commercial development, the groundwork is the foundation of the project. Martin & Company clients can expect experienced, skilled, professional operators who take pride in their work. We specialize in earth moving and underground utility construction, principally working in Northern Illinois.
We produce quality aggregate that meet our customers' needs. Our portable crushing plants can be put into operation at any location to meet our customers requirements and promote effeciency. The quarries operate under Illinois Department of Transportation's Quality Control/Quality Assurance Program, incooperation with our laboratory and qualified technicians.
Martin and Company is known for quality materials, crews and processes. Our expertise ranges from smaller commercial, private-sector work, that may require 1,000 tons of hot mix asphalt, to three- and four-lane new and reconstruction projects that require a half-million tons of warranty pavement. We work with counties, cities, municipalities, turnpike agencies, big and small, using our hot mix asphalt (HMA).
Martin and Company specializes in complex civil engineering projects, including the rehab of existing structures and new construction. With strong project management and communication skills, we excel at coordinating issues with multiple regulatory and jurisdictional agencies to manage the permitting, engineering, design and construction of complex projects.
