There was absolutely no communication. I reached out to them on several occasions, but my calls were never returned. They just showed up at my home on several occasions without warning and the job was finally done, but rather poorly in places. There are gaps on the sides and the bottom large enough for small animals to fit through. They didn't even give me warning when they took their final payment.

I wanted to update my review and add that we are happy with the fence and the gate, but we didn't ever receive the statement or bill that you said that you mailed. Had I received it I would have paid it immediately as I do with all such transactions. I don't know if it was lost in the mail or what. But it was never received. We did, however, receive the receipt for our payment. Thank you.

We had a 6ft chain link fence installed. It took almost a month for them to get started, when they finally did, the men doing the job installed the posts very uneven. It took them another week to come fix this. Over a week went by and I didn't hear a word, so I decided to call and ask when we were scheduled to finish the job, the guy on the phone tells me we were not even on the schedule, but they would make it out the next day, so pretty much we were forgotten about. Well they did come out the next day and finished the job. My over all take is this company is they are not great with communication

They do not honor there warranty don't even bother with them. As you can clearly see from all the negative reviews, save your self the trouble. My good friend battled with them numerous times only to be let down. They did not honor there 10 year warranty after a couple of years it was installed. They deserve no stars.

We asked United Fence company to replace the flimsy 14 foot double fence gates to our backyard which got out of alignment in every wind storm. The new gates might withstand a tornado. Elmo was our gate builder and installer, very competent and amicable. Work was done on schedule and at a cost significantly lower than other bidders. Couldn't ask for more.

As I have worked here over 18 months, it is amazing how many fences I have seen installed. 3-6 crews working 5 days a week to help keep our customers property secure. There have been a few hiccups, but I would bet the chances of having a quality fence installed far outweighs the chance of some unforeseen issue.

Yet another place I wanted to be so pleased with. Rusty came out and measured my yard for fencing and gave me a quote on the spot, same day. Which was a first. Not mention only that, but it was over a thousand less than any other company I had contacted for an estimate. I had several questions and tried to communicate with this company several times and I have not heard a thing back from them. I guess they are too busy to take my money. Very very unprofessional. I'll just be doing the fence myself.

I have know United Fence for 22 years and can definitely say they are a stand up company. I have seen the owners warranty work that was well past their warranty period just because it has a United Fence sign on the fence. I have referred United Fence to friends and family and would not hesitate to refer them on any size project. I really can’t say enough nice things about this company. If you need a great quality fence I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

I had a fence installed a few years ago and they did a fantastic job! However... I have no idea what has happened to this company since but I will NEVER do business with them again! It took them over 40 days after my initial estimate to finally take my down payment and the following day they decided they were not going to do my job because "we don't think we can make you happy" and this was after both myself and their terrible salesman signed a Contract that was "NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELATION"
