I would leave 10 STARS if I could. I tried another local HVAC service company. They come out to tell me I needed a new compressor ($2400) or a new unit ($6000) and charged me $175 for the call. McNeece came out the next day and got me up and running for $120. That was over a month ago and my unit has been running like new since they left. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company!

Our central heat stopped working. I called your company. The lady was so nice. She said they could be here in about an hour. I got a call from them in less than an hour. Jacob was so nice. He checked it out and less than 30 minutes told me the trouble. The price was a lot more reasonable than I expected. He had it repaired in 30 minutes. We will be using them in the summer for our AC unit. Great company!

I am a HUGE fan of this company! Incredibly professional and great with communication. All of the techs I have met are friendly and knowledgeable.
I have had Mcneece add A/C to my basement and I also recently had them service my main level AC.
They respond to calls on the weekends and come to your home quickly.

We've used a few different heating and cooling companies over the years but decided to try these guys out as we were VERY VERY UNHAPPY with the last company we used. Let me tell you, I see why they have all 5 star reviews... its because this company is top notch! Even being a new customer they were very prompt and arrived within a couple hours and right when they told me they would be here. The tech that showed up was Mayburn and he got straight to work diagnosing the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable and answered my 5000 questions I asked about our unit. I highly recommend this company

We’re repeat customers and every time we call they get back to us quickly even in the height of the busy season… We called on Sunday and they were out here early Monday morning… fixed our thermostat issues and the freezing up of our air conditioner was taken care of. We had Jacob this time he was great, and explained what was going on and fixed everything in a timely manner… We HIGHLY RECOMMEND McNeece Service. They’re the ONLY ones to call for the BEST SERVICE!!
