This company ruined my brand new house because they don’t have competent employees and due to the wrong ferrule installation my brand new home completely flooded with hot water all day long…..so now I have a brand new flooded home, anyone want to buy it???? If this company had any moral business ethics they would take responsibility for their unskilled employees ruining people’s homes and lives and buy this house…..I’m not gonna live in it! Would you?

Mission Mechanical and their employees are so prepared and professional! I woke up to a house that seemed a tad warmer and the thermostat was dark. Long story short. When I called I was greeted with a pleasant voice reassuring me that I will be seen that day and sure enough Matt arrived and explained every detail to me as he replaced part that need to be removed. We noticed our house seemed colder than last winter and maybe our unit was struggling to keep up. Technician Eric serviced the unit and gave us helpful tips and advice on how to ensure our home stays warm during cold weather and even took a look at our AC unit to ensure we were set for the warmer months as well. Would definitely recommend!

I am a pastor of a small church in Beech Grove. Our AC was not working so I called Mission Mechanical. Chris Hayes met with me the the very same day I called and he was able to repair the AC unit with parts he had with him, without having to replace the unit! He could have convinced me that the system needed replacement, but he understood my financial limitations and my need for immediate relief and so he saved the day! He was both personal and professional. I did not need a new AC system, but now that we need to replace our furnace I will definitely call Chris Hayes to serve all of our Heating
