Spartan installed a drywall ceiling in my basement. From start to finish, John was very responsive and professional. The price was the lowest of the estimates I received. The installer, Omar, was skilled, competent, and clearly passionate and proud of his work. He was able to solve small problems as they came up and offer solutions. Highly recommend!

The owner is a great guy. Now that that's out-of-the-way, the job done on my house was a complete dumpster fire. Not only did the crew hired half destroy my brand new windows, but now almost a year later as I'm having the house painted I am incurring extra costs because the drywall job is complete garbage. There are areas that are only spackled once, it's just an overall crap job. I incurred a large insurance claim because of the window damage and was going to leave it at that but this latest aggravation has me paying more money to finish my house. Very disappointing.

I could not speak more highly of my experience with Spartan Drywall who I hired to remodel my house. They were professional, did top quality work and completed the job on time and within my budget. It's always difficult to find a good contractor, so please take my advice and use Spartan Drywall. I am a Realtor and I am often looking for people to recommend to my clients. DO NOT USE. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible installation of drywall! The installer used the wrong size drywall and doesn't even come CLOSE to existing drywall! It is so bad that I need to have another company come out and take it all down and start over. They took half my money and won't return my emails/calls. They even blamed me for not telling them what size drywall to get! They are the "experts"! The installer came out, took measurements, went to the store and bought the drywall....and then installed it like this. Stay away. Find a better, more professional company. Just terrible

I have completed two projects with Spartan thus far and have since signed them up for a large job. I signed them up for the large job as a trust the team will deliver a high quality end result- in a tight timeline and the pricing is reasonable. Dominic and his team are very hard working, honest and reasonable. My first job with them was based on a call from the internet and I am confident it will lead to a long term relationship.

What a great experience! I had called 7 contractors in the phone book and none of them called me back. On my way down to center city i saw his truck with business cards on the side. He was very professional and patient through the whole process and easy to reach when I had questions. I would definately recommend him to anyone! I'm going to try to post pictures.
Update: Pictures are attached. Also, you know how after you pay a contractor and find something isn't right you are basically SOL? There was a wall in the hallway that was damaged. I didn't see it when I did the final walkthrough and paid

Spartan Drywall is the contractor for a new house being built on my block. There is so much trash left behind- food trash, a port-o-potty, old wood, etc. I have asked them several times to secure their worksite to keep people out of my yard and to clean up their mess, but they haven't. It's going on 6 months of trash all over my vacant lot side yard.
So don't hire them if respect fit the neighborhood is what you're looking for.
