Our builder talked us into using them and we seriously regret trusting our builder on these people!! They are terrible!! They never return calls, ever!! They installed our fire place and charged us $410 for a kit that we figured out a year and a half later was never installed!!! We were so disgusted with the "$4000" fireplace that we never used it and it didn't work like it was suppose to and after many many phone calls a year ago my husband got absolutely nowhere. So I started to continuously call and basically harassed them till they came out. Ridiculous!! The kit we were charged for has been

We bought what we thought was the "top" of the line gas fireplace in 2013 for our new home. We were told the fireplace would run us out of the room with the heat it would put off. That has never happened. We have been disappointed with the fireplace since we bought it. We have tried everything suggested and the center is coming out again for the 2nd service. I hope we get heat soon so I can update this review with better satisfaction.
