Though our studios are located on Long Beach Island, New Jersey and Naples, Florida, we have completed homes in various locations including the Chesapeake Bay and the mountains of Colorado.
Who are we? Principal Architect Stephen Midouhas formed the practice in 1984 and continues to provide his personal attention to every project while assisted by a team of creative architects, designers and craftsman.

Services
Wind & Sea Construction offers general contractor construction services for our architectural clients. We have built many of the homes we design since 1997. We take on no more than two projects at a time, to be able to give them the special attention a finely built home requires. We have dedicated crews of carpenters led by a lead master carpenter who coordinates the work at the site.
