When I decided to remodel my bathrooms, I stopped by here, Mari Acevedo showed me what was available! When I saw the tile that looked like wood, I knew this was what I wanted. I did purchase the tile and had it installed! It turned out beautiful. Dahlia Rodriguez helped me when Mari was busy! Both ladies were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable!

We have been to Rigo Tiles for our whole house as it comes to tiles for the floor and bathrooms. The customer service we received was phenomenal, and Eric customer service was incredible and top notch. He helped us out recently for our bathrooms, was very kind and patient with us the whole process. The prices here were unbeatable, extremely shocked at the amazing deal we got. Will be recommending the rest of my family and friends here to shop. 10/10 customer service!

Excellent tile work, my floors look amazing. Their installer Javier is a very hard worker, jelouse of his work and very knowledgeable about it. Explains well the details of what his doing at all time, my floors are flawless. On the other hand, I renewed my my kitchen threw them they use a third party company and I must admit that I'm not happy with the work, it's been over a week that they finished and I just keep finding things (details) that I don't like. I feel like I could have bought the cabinets and installed them myself, they are not custom made and I see gaps between the walls and the cabinets

Rigo Tile is the Best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the project and the process, he took care of everything since I was struggled with other contractor and a bad installation. Rigo personally came to my house the same day and help me to get the job done the right way. He explained me the whole process and gave me the right price to help me in the middle of the old installation. I must say that I’m very very happy with the outcome of the workmanship. The tiles are evenly applied all throughout my home.. perfectly installed with the baseboard. I truly highly recommend them for any tile installations . I’m highly satisfied with the outcome. The price is reasonable better than floor decor and tile .. This is the first time I have worked with Rigo Tile and they are the best for flooring! From the moment you step in the store the customer service is like no other. I worked with Edwin in the Kissimmee store and he is knowledgeable, gets to the point without trying to up-sell you a product you don't need or want and does it all with a warm smile. He is super helpful and patient. No questions is dumb to ask. I have done business with “Rigo Tile” in the past, they have always done a good job, but this time it was above and beyond, Luis is a great employee, he is very friendly and makes sure you are 100% satisfied, I think he is a great asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for that. Melvin Torres was excellent, the tile that pays was rectified, but for me this tile is defective, when starting the installation is was not noted until finishing the work and when cleaning it do not be satisfied, I let them know about my tile concern, when investing about $7000 I had to let them know.

What to say here. My expectations were low for any potential flooring job as many things can go awry in a project. I however was very fortunate to bump into Edwin at Rigo Tile. On a weekend afternoon, me and the wifey decided to give Rigo Tile a visit after getting a quote from a nearby competitor and letting the free market work its course.
