The service he offers is better quality than any other pest control companies in the area. He's not a nationwide chain or a large-scaled business, he's a hard-working local looking to do right by serving his community to the best of his ability.

This post is long overdue. You never really want to tell anyone that you have had “bed bugs” but we did. We had several “big name” companies come in for quotes. Not one of them took the time to look deep to see if we actually had them. They only showed us a few signs but no actual bed bugs. Seth came in and was so professional and thorough. He was under beds and checked out all the furniture and other spots. He was able to locate just where they were. He treated where needed and the bed bug issue was resolved. We signed on with Seth in April 2020 and so far so good. Received some help with aphids on my magnolia trees and gardenia bushes as I couldn’t get rid of them myself. He was quite knowledgeable on what my options were. Seth has been on time and has been very honest and trustworthy thus far. My husband and I would highly recommend him.

I recommend Over - A - Cheever pest control to anyone having pest problems. Seth was extremely professional, and explained everything to us about the pests we were having problems with. Living in Florida there are bugs but with Over - A - Cheever’s the bugs will be outside where they belong. Thank you Seth! I will definitely recommend you to others who need pest control

I had bed bugs for many months. treated on my own, used a different so called professional. spent/wasted lots of money. Seth came in full of knowledge and a plan to get rid of them all without removing all clothes and pictures off the wall etc. i can finally say now, the bed bugs are gone. i should have called him first. I'm glad i finally found him. wont call anyone else for pest control again. thank you for everything.
