Dennis was very nice at first but when his repairman came to do the install he said that we were missing a key part(that Dennis needed to tell me I need to buy) so he can’t install. He then rescheduled the appointment and they never came and never called. I then called and they said Thursday morning and they never came. Then I spoke with Dennis himself and was not apologetic at all and said “what do you want me to do”. Wrong answer! He put me in for a fourth appointment “attempt” and never showed and blamed it on me for not texting him my address that by the way he has in his office on
