Recently purchased a hot tub and found the staff to be knowledgeable, professional and committed to customer service. Although there was a minor issue it was related to factory equipment installed and not due to any issue with Spas of Montana or their staff. It was a bit tricky to diagnose, but their follow through was critical in identifying the glitch and prompt remedy. Outstanding customer service and will readily recommend them for others seeking a hot tub/spa. Brandon and Justin were great to work with in the office and Liam was a superb technician in servicing the needed corrective action
