Southside Storage is a Self Storage facility in Portales, NM. Our property is completely fenced and gated with 24-hour video monitoring. We have onsite management available 6 days a week to assist you with all of your storage needs. We offer standard and temperature controlled units with no deposits required and discounts for military, seniors, and students.
The staff was extremely helpful with getting my unit opened. It's a little pricy, but it's the safest and most clean place in the area which makes the monthly payment worth it. This is my second time using Southside and I will do it again if needed. Overall the check in process was great. It was very easy for me to set up a reservation and when it was time for me to move in it only took 10 minutes to get registered.
We have 24/hour DVR recorded surveillance through out our facility for the benefit of you and your belongings. Heat can dry out wood, yellow documents and art work, and dust can be very destructive to electronics.

Started out good. Then with the virus and everything shutting down we had to pack our entire house up and move to find paying jobs. We got a couple months behind and explained our situation to them. But they didn't care. They are trying to auction off everything that we own. This is the only place that has not worked with us during this covid-19. I'm glad we moved out of that town and state. Guess we can truly start all over with new things.
