Beware if you have a coupon from this company and plan to use it!
Got a "teaser" coupon from RC Pros that proclaimed, "Unclog it for $69.00."
Have a master-bathroom sink that was draining slowly, and Drano didn't fix it completely, so I thought I'd have them come out and "unclog it."
Likely a simple repair, and if I was satisfied with their work, they would get additional business from me.
So I called them, in order to clarify the charge.
It turns out that $69.00 WAS NOT what I would be charged, even if it were the simplest repair.
They said there is an ADDITIONAL $89.00 trip charge, totalling

I can't find my original complaint. The company is terrible. About six weeks ago, Daniel Jordan called me and complained about a previous complaint which I told the absolute truth. After a while, I indicated that my driveway was cracking badly, and his warranty should cover it. He said he would have his office call me on Monday. Well, Monday came, and there was no call I suspected would happen. He doesn't honor his warranty. Not only me, but I have read others with the same complaint here and at the BBB.

This 1 star review is because the attitude of the camera technician. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. It seems like he's had a very bad day before he arrived at our place, which is understandable. But he dumped all the bad attitude on us, which was really unprofessional. He didn't want to listen to our explanation on the situation. It seems like he didn't care at all.

RC Pros is a very unreliable company.
Less then 6 months ago they repaired a water pipe leak for me at a cost of over $7,000 dollars.
The leak came back in less then 6 months. Their work was supposed to be warranted. I called them for them to come look at it. An appointment was set and I never heard from them again. Technician never showed up, I never received a call a reschedule a text or email telling me why. This was over a week ago and still have not heard from them. No response to my phone calls or anything.
I have since had the leak repaired. The repair that they did for over $7

Recently had a plumbing issue at we one of my rentals. They determined after running a camera down the waste line that the leak was in the main water line to the house. They then quoted me $5700 to rip out and repair both the main line AND the waste line ((which they just determined was fine).
Anyway, I used a competitor and it ended up costing substantially less when they hand dug down and replaced the water pressure reducer that was leaking.
Further, I have still not received a invoice for the work they did conduct.
I would not recommend this company for plumbing work.

Had a bathroom leak going on, probably something easy to fix but I'm pretty stupid when it comes to this nonsense so I did the obvious thing to find someone who could help out, I googled it.... RC Pros came up and I figured why not? I can't remember who I talked to on the phone initially, but I met Mario a short while later. Nice guy, did the work as discussed and had no issues considering the short notice. I'd have no hesitation using them again if it happens. Thanks.

I used RC Pros's services during the winter storm earlier this year. First off, this review is mostly directed towards the management of RC Plumbing, not the plumbers and technicians who came and did the work.
The workers were professional and courteous. The work they did was decent, but they were obviously stressed for time and overworked. They did not completely patch one of the pipe leaks during their first attempt, but did come back quickly the next day to finish the job. I just hoped they could wear the plastic booties more often, because a few of them tracked mud all over the house

Worst company ever to work with. Extreme price gouging during the Texas winter storm and you will feel they are taking advantage of you. They mentioned they will be coming in the next 48 hours to look into a pipe damage. Then suddenly show up 3-4 hours later and charge me 349 dollars only for the trip. Extreme pressure to give your credit card before they set a foot in the house. The person who came to check out for the leaks didnt do anything worthwhile as the water was already stopped last night and tried to sell everything apart from fixing the main problem. In either case charging 349 dollar

The guest bathroom toilet fill valve stopped working and we tried to fix ourselves but Oops we broke off part of the pipe I have a lot of people in the house so it's not great to only have one working toilet (that happens to be in my room) so needless to say I don't want people using that one

RC PROS PLUMBING FRAUD.. Please Beware. I received an advertisement in the mail regarding unclogging drains for $69 from RC pros Plumbing. A local and stated reputable company in Irving,Texas. When the gentlemen arrived to my home and tried to unclog the drain he stated he was unable to do so and in order to unclog extensive work would be needed. Something along the lines of going in walls etc. He than advised me to have him place a camera in the plumbing, due to the fact that I may have a bigger issue on my hands. He did not charge me the $69 for the attempt to unclog the drain but up charged

He managed to clear it temporarily and graciously let us use the $69 special, but then recommended hydrojet to clean out all the debris from our plumbing system. He patiently explained how it worked and gave us a quote, which was competitive with other local plumbing

The $69 quote for wasn't for the bathroom toilet after all. You know- the i wrote the details about in my request for a quote. He got here, flushed the toilet, then started adding things up for his ACTUAL quote. Then quoted $249 for that BATHROOM and $149+- for the kitchen clean out.
