Can't not say enough on Woodard Pools going above and beyond the call of customer service. Even though we had to deal with COVID delays ( not their fault) Everyone that help in the liner replacement and solving the plumbing issues was knowledgeable of the type of work needing done and was able to fix all issues we were experiencing with our pool. Definitely a Five Star experience from the staff at Woodard Pools.

Without Cathy, Woodard is 5 stars hands down. Their pool installation is unmatched. I called every 2-3 hours for 2 days with no return call. On the third day when I finally got thru their intense call screening process, and in 30 seconds she explained that she couldn’t solve my problem. At the very least, she could have had the common decency to call me no more than 1 hr after our original conversation. She is unprofessional and disrespectful. To be clear, I am not irritated that they couldn’t help me. I am irritated that it took entirely too much effort to get my answer. Cathy is a basket

My husband and I purchased our pool at Woodard's 2 years ago so that we could enjoy family and friends in the South GA heat. We received excellent service from the first day. The install went as planned and the owner was at our home every day over seeing every step to make the install easy as possible. Each month we have our water tested by their staff and they are very kind and knowledgeable. The service we have received after the purchase has been incredible.
