In the process of buying a house, we experienced high winds. Upon going to the house ( before signing), we saw about a dozen shingles blown off. The seller paid to have the roof fixed. It wasn't more than 10 weeks until my husband saw a blown off shingle in the yard. We have no idea when it actually blew off. This company cut the shingle in half and glued or caulked them back on. Is that the right way to fix blown off shingles? It took them more than 3 weeks to come back and "fix" them. I initially asked if they stood behind their work, but got no answer to that. After the work was done AGAIN,
