Bill asked what I thought was a lot of questions to find out how to best help me. I was most impressed that he listened to the answers and designed me a room that accomplished all of my goals. Other than the room being beautiful and usable, I was most impressed on how fast they were here to take care of the little things we were not happy with.
A common statement from our customers after they have enjoyed their new sunroom for a time is that it has become. Certainly their are many reasons and not everyone shares the same reasons but most of us love to be outside. But most of us also don't always enjoy the things that come with being outside.
With a deck or patio slab in place and with a roof or patio cover over it you have a great opportunity to enclose the space to increase the amount of time you can utilize the area. This has been a disaster - an unresolved disaster. Bad insulation, unfinished work, leaking all between the sunroom and the house wall, through the frame panelling, rusting on the door hinges... This sunroom is a brand new construction on a newly constructed house that we have not even moved into yet. Cant get hold of the owner and the manufacturer is not in a position to help. This is going to be an expensive fix... STAY AWAY from this company.
