Not pleased at all. They are charging $3200 for a "custom" liner to be installed in our 24' round 48" high above ground pool. The old liner was already taken out. My husband gave them an $1800 deposit & he was told it should be in approximately 10 days. The day I stopped by it had already been 12 days. I was told it may or may not be on the truck they were expecting soon. They would call when he knew. It was July 29th before they bothered to call. The deposit was paid on July 9th. When they called on the it was to inform him that the liner he wanted wasn't available. To my knowledge there was no

Spa and Pool Services Inc. did an amazing job. I have had 2 liners installed before from previous companies throughout the years. Spa and Pool of Waldorf are leaps and bounds above those places. The liner turned out beautiful with no wrinkles. These guys went above and beyond. They are masters at what they do and are very professional. I highly HIGHLY recommend them.

I recently had my in-ground pool liner replaced, as the old one had developed "dry-rot" in a couple of areas and started to crack, and was in need of replacement after may years of use.. The folks at Spa and Pool conducted an inspection, and gave me an estimate for the complete replacement of a new liner, including installation and chemicals.
