I Called Chelan glass, talked with Mica,
My window needed to be replaced They did come out measure it and install the new window in a reasonable amount of time. But it was measured the insert wrong. Said they would fix it. It's been 4 months now Mica just says we will call you and because of Covid it may be not until October, But when other customers call Mica gives them lead time 4-9 weeks and will be installed in 1 week. They have 5 installers. I will never use this company ever again they are very dishonest. And they have no intentions of ever fixing their mistake.

Like a previous reviewer, they must be happy with what they have. I called about a Mirage screen system. Michael in the office was friendly enough but I had to call back twice. I was finally punted to the sales rep Chris, who didn't call to set up an appointment. After a call and an email, it was an "oh, sorry, my bad, ha ha, call me next week at XXXX to set up an appointment." Really? Are you f-ing kidding me? I'm going to chase you people down for another three weeks then God knows how long to get the product installed? ? I chased them down alright - to Casper, where I saved $600 on a comparable

Estimator came out and looked at our project; he was friendly and personable, and seemed interested, and said he'd email a bid. That was about 3 weeks ago, and I've sent an email and left a voicemail, both of which have gone unanswered. This is no way to do business, so we won't be using them. The bad part is now our window project has lost 3 weeks, and winter's coming. I'm not happy!

In Sept I made a substantial deposit for new windows. Was told it would be approximately 2-3 weeks. To date after repeated attempts to contact Wenatchee Glass there has been no response. At this point, I will apparently need to contact the State Attorney Gen'ls office - Consumer Protection Dept.
10/26/16 - the issue was resolved by Wenatchee Valley Glass in a most positive manner. They explained what had happened, and have since installed the windows in a timely and friendly manner. Their installation crew is excellent and efficient. Would I use them again, YES. I also recommend them to friends
