With prices as low as $165, termites aren't so scary anymore. EPC offers advanced termite baiting systems with guaranteed protection, as well as traditional liquid curative options, "pre-treats" for new construction, and formal Wood Destroying Insect Reports for property transactions. Wood-destroying insects are not limited to termites, and Carpenter ants can wreak just as much havoc on a structure.

Chad came to do pest control in our house & he was beyond amazing! So professional & kind. Chad did a thorough job & even explained certain things to me as he was working. He even took the time to bring to my attention a few gaps/spaces we outside our house that could be filled that he spotted. If you or anyone you know is looking for an AMAZING pest control company I’d highly recommend EPC.

I am very particular when it comes to pest control. I do not feed into the big name companies that tend to sell you on products that are diluted and overpriced. I asked for a quote for services that were priced affordable. Environmental Pest came out 2 days after scheduling initial services. Ryan was very friendly and professional. He called before arriving and was right on time. He explained the process, what was best for our home, and did an excellent job servicing all of our concerns. Very pleased with everything!

When the technician showed up, he was very informative, he was prompt, and he answered all my questions, and concerns immediately. We called with our pest problem and this team of people have been extremely helpful. We have had tons of questions, ended up calling the office multiple times with questions. They have been 100% understanding of our situation and answering all of our questions.
During the inspection, the guy was very respectful, nice and thoroughly checked. He even complimented our custom furniture.
They had the cheaper resolution and a free quote.
After the spray we have called back with more questions and again, 100% helpful!

The first time I had them come spray my yard for spiders they showed up 30 minutes late. It did absolutely no good and a couple weeks later I called them again because our yard was still filled with spiders and their webs and they said they'd come re spray Wednesday at 9am. Over an hour later and nobody is here. They never even bothered to call. I called them and they nonchalantly said the guy was busy.
