Our home A/C unit stopped working late last night. I called Northern Arizona Heating & Air at around 10 this morning, and they said they could come between 1 pm and 3 pm today. The doorbell rang at about a quarter to 1 and it was the owner, Andy, arriving earlier than scheduled to fix our A/C unit.

EXCELLENT!!! Had a heater breakdown in the early morning. I called in and left a message prior to their opening hours. I got a prompt phone call from Mary right when they opened. She said she would have a tech out just after lunchtime. Tech was early and got right on the job. Found the problem right away. Replaced the part and I was up and running in record time. Thanks to Alex, Andy, and the whole NAZAIR crew.

This fine company installed the system in my new home. After living there for a while, we noticed that there were cold rooms and areas, warm stuffy rooms, etc., especially when the outside temp dropped on winter nights. One call was all it took to quickly get a very knowledgable, professional tech out here to assess and diagnose the situation. A remediation plan was created, and executed very promptly. Great service, no mess, no 'pushback', no BS. Highly recommended!

Watson Lake is a pretty place. Nice and clean place. Has trails, picnic areas and you can rent kayaks and other water. I recommend this park.

I sent my contact info over and within 10 minutes I got a call from Sarah in the office. She was very friendly and helpful. Luke came out and within 30 minutes had the AC back on and running ice cold. I highly recommend these guys! Very reasonable and quick!
