First on sight contact was with Bobby. He was on time, pleasant, explained his product & services well. He provided me with a job quote within a day. We were able to review some options, prices and recommendations.
Product choice was good and availability was faster then the competition.
The install crew was also superb. Mike & helper assembled the doors and track system on sight. Did a nice job, cleaned up and explained operation, maintenance and warranty. Vey pleased, they will be my "go to" when my door needs arise.

I had a great experience with Shamrock Overhead Door. Everyone I spoke with was great, but I worked mostly with Mike who installed my new garage door opener. He was nice, thorough, and efficient. He made sure to answer all my questions, and gave me several options to fix the issues I was having. He was very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

We decided to go with this company for a few reasons, one being its owned by a veteran, Josh, and this was our chance to give back,. Another reason was the customer service, these guys were great to work with. Bob in sales was great., he was very knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision Jose, one of the techs was great and Mike the main installer went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the install and took extra time to help us navigate the opener app. I'm so glad we decided to go with this company so I have no problem leaving them a well deserved 5 star rating. Rob came out and told me what would be the cheapest and what would be the best. They came out fast and did the job in less than a day. They replaced all the old hardware with new hardware. New door is beautiful and gives the house better curb appeal. I also love the ability to open the garage door from anywhere. Thanks again Shamrock for standing behind what you sell! I’d gladly recommend you to anyone!
