Way back in 1880, when G.G. (George) Clarkson founded the grading contractor that grew into Clarkson Construction Company, he used the muscle of men, mules, and horses to clear and excavate home sites in the riverside boomtown of Kansas City. Cracked windshield from a clarkson construction site. All they said was “we don’t think that happened” and that was it. Have to file in small claims court which will cost me money but unfortunately I have to do it out of principal at this point. Happy to remove or not file if they would simply do their part.

The work they’re doing on Brighton is terrible my whole life I’ve been Around construction from the East Coast to the West Coast and that is terrible I live on Brighton and I I take a new route home now because I don’t wanna drive on the road I’ve already ruined one of my tires Hey poor old lady running off the side of the road no anything I’m glad is it it’s not in my part of Brighton id move

This company is doing work on the highway for MODOT in Kansas City. A rock from their construction site hit my daughter’s car while she was driving in the work zone and they refuse to pay to fix it. The man from their Risk Management Department was very rude, he should be working on the highway and not in the office as he doesn’t know how to speak to people.

RFC, SEC,SUB,Township.comerse and the free declaration says anyone can use .as long as it is for a positive underlines principle . not only dose the original agreement state that the company and the organization work together for the same cause and to not step forward into other arangments no matter the reason until a hereafter date but it also means that the original agreement would hence be grandfathered and hearafter .we can and will bring things into litigation .as a magestate overseas the true law in God we trust.
