The owner, Brad, sent me an email asking me to contact him. I responded to him the very next day. Two weeks later, still no reply.
Also, the manager at this location was of no help whatsoever. Apparently their "surveillance" is useless when it comes to your unit being burglarized. Very disappointing. Customer service is definitely not a priority for this company.

This place is horrible! They do not post your payments but only once a week, and then say your always late. Then they try to lock up your stuff and pad lock it. Then they claim they mailed you notices which after telling me that 5 times in various months and not one notice was ever received! Go figure my address has not changed in over 10 years and I have been renting from them 2 years. Next for all the times they claim I am late I showed them proof that they claim it wasn't true, but the bank dates don't lie. Beware of Connie n Paula they don't do the math correctly and they keep
